1. Scheduling and Confirmation:

  • Upon purchasing an online reading, our team at That Astrology Chick will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a suitable time for your session.
  • You will receive a confirmation of your scheduled reading via the contact information provided during the purchase.

2. Payment:

  • Payments for online readings must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD), and we reserve the right to change them without prior notice.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

  • To cancel or reschedule a reading, please notify That Astrology Chick at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your booking will result in a 50% forfeiture of the payment.

4. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases where That Astrology Chick is unable to fulfil the scheduled reading due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the booking.

5. Privacy:

  • Your privacy is important to That Astrology Chick. All information shared during readings will be kept confidential.
  • We will not disclose any personal details or information shared during the reading to third parties.

6. Code of Conduct:

  • That Astrology Chick expects all clients to maintain a respectful and positive demeanour during the reading.
  • Inappropriate behaviour, language, or harassment will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to terminate the session.

7. Availability:

  • While That Astrology Chick strives to provide readings at your preferred time, availability may be subject to change.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your schedule.

8. Changes to Terms:

  • That Astrology Chick reserves the right to modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the That Astrology Chick website.
